OUR STORY

Founded in 2007 by producer Miriam Segal, Good Films Collective was established to develop and produce intelligent, inclusive and commercially ambitious independent films.

In 2026, the company relocated to Alicante, Spain, launching Good Films Studios Spain and evolving into an integrated studio business spanning development, financing, production, international sales.

Operating from Ciudad de la Luz, the company’s ambition extends beyond making films to building a sustainable ecosystem, with structured training across departments to develop the next generation of filmakers.

People of the Book marks the beginning of a long-term production slate, with 20 international features planned over the next decade.

From an independent production company to an international studio, our mission remains the same: to produce intelligent, inclusive and commercially ambitious films, find better ways to make them and build an industry that lasts.
